AAFx2 Productions is the creative vision of Dr. Adan A. Fuentes and Adan A. Fuentes III—a dynamic father-and-son duo dedicated to crafting high-quality film projects that inspire, captivate, and resonate.
Dr. Adan A. Fuentes, a trained actor and director-turned-surgeon, returned to his creative roots in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. He brings a wealth of experience and a deep understanding of storytelling to the team, which has led him to screenwriting.
Adan A. Fuentes III, a gifted filmmaker, enhances this partnership with his technical expertise, creative vision, and unwavering commitment to crafting compelling stories.
Together, they form a team that blends creativity, experience, and a shared love for film.
Our debut project, "Drowning Above Water," marks the start of an exciting filmmaking journey. This project was co-written with Phil Holt and Adan A. Fuentes III. It was an Official Selection at the Golden Door International Film Festival 2026.

MAURY, a dark comedy feature screenplay written by Dr. Adan A. Fuentes, is a 2026 nominee of the Burbank International Film Festival and Austin Under the Stars Film Festival, a semi-finalist in the Flickers’ International Film Festival, and an Honorable Mention at the Big Apple Film Festival and Screenplay Competition.
Swipe Right, Dad!, a romantic-comedy feature screenplay written by Dr. Adan A. Fuentes, is a 2026 semi-finalist of the Coronado Island Film Festival, a semi-finalist in the Flickers’ Rhode Island International Film Festival, and a quarterfinalist in the Santa Barbara Screenplay Awards Diverse Writers Outreach.

Brief Synopsis
